Your User ID (aka Banner ID Number) was sent to you when we received your application for admission to the college. Your Social Security Number (SSN) is also an acceptable User ID if the college has been provided with it, either directly by you, through your application to the college or through your application for Financial Aid. If you applied for Financial Aid and your admissions application has not yet been received or you did not supply an SSN on your application for admission, you will not be able to login using your SSN until the admissions data is processed and matched with your financial aid data. The unique Applicant ID# sent to you as part of the undergraduate SUNY application process may also be used as a User ID if you did not supply an SSN when applying to the college, provided that the college has received your undergraduate application from SUNY.
Your initial PIN should be your birthdate (if we have your date of birth on record) in the form of MMDDYY.
If your SSN is 123456789 and your birthdate is February 28, 1998, then your USER ID is 123456789 and your PIN is 022898
Once you successfully sign in, in order to use the system you must:

Your new PIN must be different from any other PIN you've used with this system. The PIN must be six to fifteen characters long, consisting of numbers or letters.
If you have successfully signed in before, but you've forgotten your PIN, you may be able get a new one by entering your ID in the "User ID" box, then click on the button in the User Login screen.
By doing that, you will be taken to your security question which should have been established the first time you logged into the system.
Once you answer the security question correctly, you will be asked to enter a new PIN and that new PIN will be needed to access your information from then on.
If your account has been disabled or you cannot remember the exact answer to your security question, you will need click on the button on the security question page to reset your PIN and/or re-enable your account.
Note: You will need access to a campus email account registered to your ID in order to reset your PIN online.
What if I forget the answer to my security question?
If you have forgotten the answer to your security question:
What do I do if Banner says my account has been disabled?
If you have had a number of unsuccessful attempts at logging into the system, your account may have been disabled for security purposes.
If that is the case:
